Hi, my name is Stacy Cognetti. I was born and raised in Scranton, PA鈥攜es, the home of The Office! I earned my undergraduate degree in Mathematics Education from Keystone College and my MBA from Green Mountain College. While I鈥檝e worked with students at various levels, my true passion lies in teaching college students.

As both an online instructor and someone who completed undergraduate and graduate coursework online, I understand the challenges of virtual learning. Staying organized and disciplined is key, and I enjoy helping students succeed in this flexible, dynamic environment. Teaching online is a job I truly love, and I鈥檓 excited to share my knowledge and passion with you.

Outside of teaching, I鈥檓 committed to my community and environmental causes, serving on the boards of the Lackawanna River Conservation Association and Leadership Lackawanna. I鈥檓 also certified as a Penn State Master Gardener and Master Watershed Steward. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, fishing, traveling, and exploring new music.

My husband and I are proud parents to our daughter, Olivia, who inspires me daily to be my best self and strive to make a positive impact on the world for future generations.
