The Student Accounts Office provides information about the student鈥檚 bill, payment processing, payment plans, student refunds, 1098T tax forms, and the collection of delinquent student accounts.

Student Accounts
久久视频 offers a secure online system through our third party partner, NelNet, to allow students and their families a quick and easy way to manage their accounts online, including viewing bills, making payments and setting refund preferences. This portal allows students and their families 24/7 online access to manage and pay their accounts online using multiple payment options. Access to the portal is required to view online statements, current account balance and detailed charges and payments, including estimated financial aid.
Payment Responsibility Notice
Payment to the College is always the responsibility of the student regardless of the source of funding for tuition and fees. Student account access is available through Students can view detailed charges, payments and balances in real-time. Please refer to for additional information.
Electronic statements are issued once a month. Students are able to access their statements online in real time via , click on Admin and Ledger for updated billing activity.

Once logged into , choose Profile and your Student ID is listed under your name.
Log into your student account by logging into ; click on Admin then click on Ledger 鈥� this will bring you to the log in page for your student account. Once logged in you will be able to see the detail of costs per term (if enrolled in more than one) as well as charges and payments on your account.
Once logged into your student account, click on the button that states 鈥淢ake a Payment.鈥� You may pay all or a portion of the amount due. You are also able to sign up for eligible payment plans as long as the payment plans for the term are still open.
We offer several payment options. Students are always able to combine out-of-pocket payments with financial aid, outside resources, loans or a payment plan to customize a payment arrangement that best meets their needs. The student鈥檚 ID number is required for all payments.
All online payments are made via the student account (accessed through ), a 24/7 service offered to students and their families for viewing bills, making payments and managing their student account.聽
Students should log in through , choose Admin and then Ledger and then choose Make Payment or Setup Payment Plan.
Parents, guardians or employers who need access to the system can have their student set up their own account. In order to set up account access, your student must first log in (see directions above) and authorize you as a user. After you have been added as an authorized user, you can log in at any time.
There is an option to pay your tuition bill in monthly installments using our secure online payment plan. The payment plan allows for the convenient automatic payments of your tuition and fees.
A non-refundable enrollment fee is charged for a five-month, interest-free plan offered for fall and spring and a three-month, interest-free plan offered for summer. Enrollment in the Fall payment plan will open in May and subsequent payments will be due July through November. The Spring payment plan will be offered beginning in November with subsequent payments due December through April. The Summer payment plan will be offered beginning in April with subsequent payments due May through July.
The payment plan conveniently adjusts the amount of your installments based on changes in tuition and fees or any revisions to financial aid items. Simply check your email as our system sends automated notices any time your installment amounts have increased or decreased.
After the tuition deadline has passed, the College still offers the payment plan for fall and spring but a larger first payment and installments may be required.
Log into your student account as a student or authorized user and select Payment Plans. Remember that an authorized user must be designated by the student prior to enrolling in a plan. Signing up for a payment plan means that the monthly payment amount will automatically be deducted from the account you use for payment on the 1st of each month.
If the Payment Plan button is not available, then the plans for the term have closed and you will need to contact Student Accounts at [email protected] for options.
Pay by Cash
Cash payments can be submitted, in person only, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm to the Student Accounts Office in the Penstemon building.

Credit/debit cards are accepted online only via the student account portal and will be charged a nonrefundable convenience fee by our third-party provider (fee is dependent on type of card used 鈥� when entering the information, you will see the fee before you are required to submit the payment).
International Wire Transfer

Pay with a 529 Plan
With a 529 College Savings Plan, the parent/student is able to access funds and will need to initiate a payment to the College. Please visit your 529 plan鈥檚 website to see what information is required in order to process a withdrawal request. All 529 plans have different forms and request different documents. Parents and/or students must contact their 529 plan administrator directly and follow their procedures to process a withdrawal.
If your plan requires a copy of your bill as proof of qualified direct educational expenses, you can download a copy of your statement through the student account portal.
Housing and meal plan estimates for off-campus expenses are found in the Tuition and Fees section of our website.
Please be sure to contact your 529 provider at least 10 business days prior to the tuition deadline date to ensure that the College receives your payment by the established deadline.

If the 529 plan will be sending funds electronically, utilizing electronic ACH, your plan administrator will need to email [email protected] to request the details required to initiate the transfer.
Students whose employer offers a tuition reimbursement benefit may need to supply a billing statement showing the courses and credits for the term. If so, please email [email protected] and request the specific information needed.
The student has full liability for the term charges. If the student does not receive the anticipated reimbursement, the student has a financial obligation to make payment in full to the College.
Once a refund has been processed from Student Accounts, an email will be sent from NelNet (our third-party partner) on behalf of 久久视频 to the student informing them of the refund. The student has 24 hours to update their refund preference.
Log into your student account. On the right side at the top of the page will be a 鈥淢anage Refunds鈥� button. Click on the button and the system will walk you through setting up your preferred bank account for direct deposits. Note: an authorized user is NOT able to set up a refund account as all refunds are sent back to the student
Financial aid will be disbursed (added) to your account typically at the start of each term. If there is not enough aid to cover the entire balance, you are still eligible to pay the remaining balance in full or to set up a payment plan. It is important to get your financial aid documents in early so that the aid can show on your account and reduce the amount owed.
Students are able to change their schedule and courses throughout the term. Adding and dropping classes will change your tuition bill and, if there is a course fee, you will also be responsible for that payment. Students should check their student account through throughout the term.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that affords parents the right to have access to their children鈥檚 education records, the right to seek to have the records amended, and the right to have some control over the disclosure of personally identifiable information from the education records. When a student turns 18 years old, or enters a postsecondary institution at any age, the rights under FERPA transfer from the parents to the student (鈥渆ligible student鈥�). The FERPA statute is found at 20 U.S.C. 搂 1232g and the FERPA regulations are found at 34 CFR Part 99.
Students are able to give an authorized party access to their bill or payments by filling out a FERPA release form:
Student鈥檚 may also set up an authorized user account through their student account for parents, guardians or employers.

is a link that you are able to use to waive the insurance. Click on the link, scroll down the page and click on the “Opt-Out” button. This will take you to the waiver process.
It does take a few days for AHP to process the waiver, but once we get an approved waiver the student health insurance charges will be removed from your account.
Health Insurance Requirements
- Insurance must be through a U.S. based company.
- Must provide access to primary care services and emergency care within 25 miles of 久久视频.
- Plan must have a deductible of $7500 or less.
- Plan must pay for preventative services at 80% or more.
If your student health insurance waiver is approved in the Fall term it is automatically waived in the Spring/Summer as well.
To request a replacement ID, click on this and submit the completed form. A replacement ID costs $10 so please log into your student account and pay the $10 before picking up your ID. We will email you when the ID is ready for pick up.
Yes, online students can purchase student health insurance by clicking on this . Students are able to 鈥淓xplore the Plan鈥� to see coverage information and 鈥淏egin Enrollment鈥� if they want to purchase the insurance. Online students will pay the insurance company directly as part of the enrollment process for coverage.

The IRS requires that colleges and universities report payments received and applied in the calendar year for qualified tuition and related expenses in Box 1 of the 1098-T form.
The 1098-T form is an informational tool for your personal records, and is not required to be submitted with your tax return. Determination of eligibility for an educational tax credit is the responsibility of the taxpayer. It is advisable that the taxpayer keep their own financial records and/or detail from the student account statements to substantiate their claims.

Please choose 鈥淲ant to look up your 1098-T鈥� option at the left of the screen. From there, enter 鈥溇镁檬悠碘�� and complete your student information. Be sure to enter the zip code that you listed as your home address with 久久视频, as this is the info that was provided to ECSI.
1098-T forms are available to students by January 31st of the following calendar year. Students will receive an email notification when their forms are available. The email will contain instructions on where and how to login to retrieve the form (or previous years forms, if available).

By tax code regulation, if the student did not consent to receive the tax form electronically, the 1098-T form will be mailed to the home address on the College鈥檚 records as of December, in addition to making the form available electronically. It is the responsibility of the student to report changes in their permanent address with the Registrar鈥檚 Office.
You may receive a 1098-T form if you were a student enrolled in any course(s) for credit at 久久视频 during the terms within the calendar year, you had payments apply to qualified tuition and related expenses during the calendar year, and you are a citizen or permanent resident of the United States. You may also receive a 1098-T if you were charged and paid for any Spring course(s) prior to December 31.
The amount of your payment reported in Box 1 is limited by the total amount of Qualified Tuition and Related Expenses billed during the calendar year.
Qualified tuition and related expenses are defined as tuition and certain related expenses required and billed in the calendar year as a condition of enrollment or attendance at an eligible educational institution. Unqualified expenses include room and board, meal plans, health insurance, etc.
